Refund policy

Classic Car Valuation Services

1. Nature of Service

All products sold are digital valuation services, not physical goods.
Once an order is placed, work begins based on the information provided by the customer.


2. No Returns

Due to the nature of digital and professional services, returns are not accepted once the valuation process has started.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment has been made
  • The customer cancels before any work has commenced
  • We are unable to complete the valuation service

Once work has started, refunds will not be provided.


4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Vehicle details (registration/VIN where possible)
  • Condition description
  • Photos where requested

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the valuation resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


5. Dissatisfaction / Disputes

If you are unhappy with your valuation:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will review the report and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable revision

Refunds will not be issued based on disagreement with valuation outcome.


6. Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround times are:

  • Standard valuations: 24–48 hours
  • Legal/Expert valuations: as agreed

Delays may occur if required information is not provided.


7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour is displayed
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • The request falls outside our scope of service

A refund will be issued only if work has not commenced.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Evidence being submitted to the payment provider
  • Refusal of future services
